Return Eligibility
Some items may be eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully review the product page of the item you purchased for return eligibility and specific conditions.
Final Sale Items
Products marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns” on their product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Request a Return
If your item is eligible for return, you must:
- Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery
- Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Approved returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
